What is ¿Träckerí??

¿Träckerí? should become a cheap XYZ-tracker to be used in theater and entertainment environments. The project is based on VR Tracker project. Most of the instructions are taken from the hackaday-page of the project.

We aim to build the tracker based on the instructions. After the system is running we modify it to use XYZ-position data for theater and entertainment applications such as controlling the position of automated lights, panning of sound and projections etc.

We are building three infrared cameras, a gateway that uses OpenCV for calculating position data and infrared emitters. For modifying the data for use with theater applications we most likely use a visual programming language like Max MSP or PureData.
